A Bit About Steph

Coming from a Law and Sociology background Steph gravitated towards the health industry after graduation from Exeter University.

Stephanie Blake BA(Hons)RMAfter a couple of years as a personal trainer and fitness instructor she researched different schools of massage and finally enrolled with The Northern Institute of Massage, based in Bury Greater Manchester.

Her study of remedial massage also led her to study and qualify in pregnancy and baby massage in 2007.

Steph has lived and worked as a Remedial/Deep Tissue Massage Therapist in South West London for the last five years working closely with local Physiotherapists and Chiropractors as well as other complimentary health practitioners.

Over the years her love of helping people through massage has led her to qualify in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Myofascial Release Techniques which are incorporated into other treatments where appropriate.

Steph is a member of both the National Association of Massage and Manipulative Therapists (NAMMT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CHNC)

Steph is also a keen marathon runner and gym goer, which has resulted in strong working relationships with local personal trainers.
